The restrictive covenants for The Governors' Phase 1, 3, & 3A have been finalized and voted on by the Homeowners Association members.

Remember that our restrictive covenants are more than just a set of rules and restrictions. They are a solid framework around which we as a neighborhood can build and maintain a consistant, inviting, and safe community. Thank you for your input and participation in the process of consolidating our covenants!

The Discussion Forum provides a place for residents of The Governors to discuss topics concerning The Governors', the community, and pretty much anything else. Access to the Discussion Forum is limited to site members.

The Events Calendar is a place to see what upcoming neighborhood and community events are taking place that might be of interest to us in The Governors'. Access to the Events Calendar is open to the public, but posting events is limited to site members.

The Governors' Home Owners Association Board has finalized a new combined Covenant for phase 1, 3, and 3A. This proposed consolidation is intended to provide consistant and equal policies among all Governors home and property owners.

All home and property owners should have received copies of the new covenant along with a ballot to cast a vote for or against its passage. Passing the change requires a 60% majority by the home and property owners, so we urge you to take the time to read over the covenant, contact the board if you have any questions require clarification, and then cast your vote by putting your completed ballot in the paper tube at 201 Lyttleton.

This covenant affects us all, so please take the time to review it and cast your vote!
