The restrictive covenants for The Governors’ Phase 1, 3, & 3A have been finalized and voted on by the Homeowners Association members.

Remember that our restrictive covenants are more than just a set of rules and restrictions. They are a solid framework around which we as a neighborhood can build and maintain a consistent, inviting, and safe community. Thank you for your input and participation in the process of consolidating our covenants!

The Governors’ Home Owners Association Board has finalized a new combined Covenant for phase 1, 3, and 3A. This proposed consolidation is intended to provide consistent and equal policies among all Governors home and property owners.

All home and property owners should have received copies of the new covenant along with a ballot to cast a vote for or against its passage. Passing the change requires a 60% majority by the home and property owners, so we urge you to take the time to read over the covenant, contact the board if you have any questions require clarification, and then cast your vote by putting your completed ballot in the paper tube at 201 Lyttleton.
